TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

These General Sales Conditions (hereinafter “GSC”) govern all sales concluded between Velinna Yardimci & Petit Peña SNC (hereinafter “Velinna”) and its customers via the official website www.velinna.com. Any order implies the customer's full and unreserved acceptance of these GSC.

Velinna offers carefully selected jewelry and accessories that are not stocked or manufactured in-house. Images and descriptions are representative; however, minor differences may exist without affecting the validity of the sales contract.

Products are offered while stocks last. In the event of unavailability after order validation, Velinna will promptly inform the customer and offer a refund or an equivalent product.

The prices displayed on the site are indicated in Swiss francs (CHF) for customers located in Switzerland, and in euros (EUR) for customers located in Europe, and in GBP for customers located in the United Kingdom.

Prices are displayed inclusive of all taxes.

Velinna reserves the right to modify its prices at any time.

The applicable price is that indicated on the site at the time of validation of the order by the customer.

All orders placed by the customer must be validated by Velinna by e-mail after full receipt of payment. Velinna reserves the right to refuse any order for legitimate reasons (e.g. litigation, suspicion of fraud).

Payments are made online by credit card, or by any other secure means offered on the site. All transactions are secure and confidential.

Delivery is exclusively within Europe. Indicative delivery times are 5 to 7 working days after validation of the order. The transfer of risk occurs upon delivery to the customer's address.

The customer has a period of 30 days from receipt of the products to exercise his right of withdrawal, without justification. Returned products must be intact and in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense, except in the event of a proven error by Velinna.

Velinna products are covered by Swiss statutory warranties against defects in materials and workmanship. All claims must be accompanied by proof of purchase and sent by e-mail to Velinna.

Velinna shall not be liable for non-performance due to circumstances beyond its control, such as force majeure, acts of third parties or fault on the part of the customer.

Personal data is processed in accordance with the Swiss Federal Data Protection Act (LPD) and the European RGPD. Customers may access, modify or delete their personal data at any time.

All elements of the Velinna website (logos, images, texts, brands, etc.) are protected by intellectual property legislation. Any use without prior written authorization is prohibited.

These GTC are governed by Swiss law. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Canton of Fribourg, Switzerland, subject to a prior attempt at amicable resolution.
