RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

You have 30 days from receipt of your order to request a return or exchange.

After this period, we will unfortunately be unable to refund or exchange your jewel.

To be eligible for a return, the jewel must :

• Be unworn
• Be in perfect condition
• Be returned in its complete original packaging

We reserve the right to refuse a return that does not comply with these conditions.

For reasons of hygiene and consumer protection, no returns or exchanges will be accepted for :

• Personalized or engraved jewelry

• Promotional or sale items

• Return costs are at the customer's expense.
• We recommend the use of a shipping service with tracking to secure your shipment.

Upon receipt and inspection of your return, we will notify you of the approval or refusal of the refund.

• If approved: The refund will be made within a few working days via the original method of payment.
• If refused: The item will be returned to the original delivery address.

We will only exchange jewelry that has a manufacturing defect or has been damaged in shipping.
